The Stihl TS410 Petrol Cut Off Saw is a compact and robust cut-off saw with 3.2kW of power. It is suitable for use with 300mm cutting wheels or diamond blades with a 20mm bore. It has a compact design and optimised balance for excellent cutting and guide characteristics making the TS410 one of the most popular cut-off saws available.

It may be the cheapest petrol cut-off saw in the range but don't let this put you off. It is by far the most popular cut-off saw that we sell, favoured by builders, groundworkers and councils. In fact it is the TS410's popularity that lets us buy in bulk to offer it at such an affordable price.

The engine requires a mix of petrol and engine oil. Simply mix a Stihl 50:1 two-stroke engine oil with unleaded (95 octane) petrol. The simplest method is using a standard 5 litre fuel canister and to add 0.1 litres (100 ml) of Stihl HP 2 stroke oil, close and thoroughly shake the canister and the mix is ready to use.

For this machine we recommend either Stihl HP or Stihl HP Ultra engine oil.

Fuel

Stihl 50:1 two-stroke engine oil with unleaded (95 octane) petrol.

Reduced-emission engine technology

Up to 20% lower fuel consumption than regular 2-stroke engines and significantly reduced exhaust emissions.

Manual fuel pump (Purger)

A small fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburettor at the touch of a button. This reduces the number of starting strokes required following extended breaks in operations.

Water supply

Water is supplied to the cutting wheel through the standard water connection with sprinkler system to suppress the dust produced during cutting. It is supplied to the device in such a way so as not to interfere with your work.

Pre-separation air filtration system

STIHL long-life air filtration systems with pre-separation achieve perceptibly longer filter life compared with conventional filter systems.

Anti-vibration system

Effective anti-vibration system whereby the oscillations from the machine's engine are dampened which significantly reduces vibrations at the handles.

Ergonomic grip position

The modern, ergonomic design allows each user to work with an optimal grip position. The loop handle facilitates excellent cutting comfort in any working position.

Semi automatic drive belt tensioning

Light, consistent re-tensioning increases the service life of the belts and shaft bearings.
