Fencing pins with a hook top and straight shaft, 12mm thick. Commonly used with orange safety mesh fencing, barrier fencing, warning tape or rope to fence off building work and other 'off limits' areas. Also used for setting out.
Traditionally called a 5/8" pin but the actual diameter is approximately 12mm. At 12mm these pins are thicker and stronger than many on the market, as such we are preferred suppliers to many local builders and ground workers.
Fencing pins have many names but are also commonly called bumble pins.
Supplied in self finish with a spray grease coating. As is standard for this type of product when these are brand new they have a light grease coating to protect them from the elements. Over time (even while in our yard waiting to be sold) the coating is washed away by the elements and the pins develop a rust coating. This is totally normal for this product and a standard service life can still be expected.
